Target Audience
Background
Designed for organisations who have introduced open learning (paper or computer based) learning provision. This workshop is designed to support those in the workplace who are supporting/coaching 2 to 3 people at a time through their learning, to make the best of the learning process.
Key Objectives
A half day practical workshop (4 hours) to develop coaching skills to ensure learners are taken through the learning cycle with particular emphasis on questioning skills to enable the learning to reflect on and apply their learning.
