Target Audience
Intended for those people who are responsible for carrying out group training in a ‘classroom' environment. This may include managers, specialist representatives such as Health and Safety, and training officers
Key Objectives
Many ‘trainers' have received little guidance of effective training of others, and have a tendency to ‘present' information. This workshop will enable them to plan accurate training sessions with support materials that reflect real practice. It includes the analysis of appropriate types of information to include encouraging trainee participation, control group dynamics.
Outline
A highly participative workshop with a substantial amount of preparation required between the first and second sessions. A basic level understanding of Microsoft Word is essential, and of PowerPoint is desirable.
